We were formally established in 2016, building on work that began in 2009 through close collaboration with an international firm carrying the same name. Those early years shaped a disciplined approach to leadership and organisational development, grounded in real business complexity and leadership development programs accross EMEA, from junior leaders to VPs.

Originally known as The Sales Architects, our identity evolved in Romania into The Self Architects. This shift reflects a core belief that sustainable leadership is developed through autonomy, sound judgement, and the ability to consciously design one’s own thinking and behaviour.
