For me, the experience of this programme — which I do not perceive as a course, but rather as a process of transformation and grounding — is unlike anything I have experienced before. I particularly value: • The warm and supportive framework created by the programme coordinators, within which I feel part of a genuine circle of safety. • The interaction with a group of participants who are both wonderful and remarkably diverse in profile and experience — people I learn a great deal from, feel comfortable with, and whose positive energy and genuine presence, together with that of the coordinators, make the hours spent in sessions feel like minutes. At the end of each meeting, I find myself wishing it would last just a little longer. After every session, I experience a sense of inner calm and quiet joy — as if I had been exactly where I was meant to be, with the right people, doing precisely what was right for me. • The certified tools introduced throughout the programme, which helped me anchor “technical” definitions for concepts I had previously known and used intuitively, through reading or experience rather than structured understanding. • The new learnings that seem to have filled gaps I did not fully realise were there, leaving me feeling more complete — richer in both value and competence. I am therefore deeply grateful for this opportunity. I very much look forward to what lies ahead and sincerely hope that Alina, Oana, and Vlad will consider a second year, or a Version 2.0 of the programme, for those of us graduating from this edition.

I met Alina over ten years ago, at a difficult moment in my career, when I was convinced I had already reached the limits of my potential. Through her way of working, she showed me that limits are often self-imposed — and that they can be overcome through clarity and the courage to make decisions. Since then, I have gone through major changes: different industries, varied roles within organisations, and an intense professional journey at a fast pace. Alina has accompanied me through many of these stages with calm, balance, empathy, and, above all, a level of objectivity that is rarely encountered. Her coaching sessions are consistently surprising through the combination of a warm, human connection and a high level of effectiveness. She has a remarkable ability to guide conversations quickly to what truly matters and to support the identification of clear solutions, even in highly complex situations. Alina is a genuine thinking partner for leadership roles — a coach who understands the depth of responsibility carried by a CEO and who brings real clarity, not formulas.

Several years ago, I decided to invest in my development as a Senior Leader. It has been a defining part of my professional growth. And most of the impact was due to working with Alina. She goes far beyond surface level coaching, consistently operating at a senior, strategic level. She has shaped my journey by supporting me to sharpen my decision-making, expand my leadership perspective, and approach complex business challenges with clarity and confidence. What I value most about Alina is her ability to combine experience, insight, and practical guidance in a way that creates strong impact. This wasn’t just coaching, it was a long-term investment in how I think, lead, and grow. Her ability to listen, challenge, and guide at the right level made the coaching both highly effective and immediately relevant. The impact has been durable and continues to support how I lead in a senior role.

I had the opportunity to meet and work with Alina on a project that was very important to our team: designing and delivering a training program for hiring managers. We wanted more than just a training course — we aimed for a real shift in the way we collaborate with managers and in how we shape the candidate experience. Alina guided us step by step in building a relevant, practical program tailored to real business needs. She helped us structure the content in a clear, actionable, and results-oriented way, while also teaching us how to deliver it in a manner that drives engagement and ownership from managers. Our goal was ambitious: to position the recruitment team as a strategic business partner and to offer candidates a professional, coherent, and positive recruitment experience in a highly dynamic market that is not always consistent in standards. Alina is a well-rounded professional: highly knowledgeable, structured, and detail-oriented, yet warm and authentic in her interactions. She demonstrated strong dedication, involvement, and a genuine focus on results and on our team’s development. She knew how to challenge us, push us beyond our comfort zone, and help us discover our own facilitation style. After only five intensive days of training, we were able to deliver our own internal mini-course for managers. More than that, we gained confidence, clarity, and strong capabilities in internal consulting, stakeholder communication, and training design. The impact went beyond knowledge transfer — it created a mindset shift. Our collaboration did not end once the program was completed. Alina remained a trusted partner, providing ongoing support, evaluation, monitoring, and valuable feedback to help us continuously improve. Her presence brought structure, consistency, and a high standard of professionalism to the entire process. I wholeheartedly recommend working with Alina to any organization that aims to professionalize its recruitment processes, strengthen the partnership between HR and business, and build authentic and meaningful experiences for both candidates and hiring managers.

An incredible experience for me and my team, CONNECTALENT (International Professional Recruiter ) was a 3-day training with lots of insightful information, hands-on approach, "Aha!" moments to enable us to see ourselves and each other and understand our reactions. I am happy we had the chance to learn together and become an even better team than we already are! Alina Negrea’s program is a recipe for success for any team looking to enhance its potential, while knowing each other better and collaborating in a solid way. Thank you, Alina, for facilitating this program for us, it was truly an excellent training.

Partnering with TSA has been a key enabler in strengthening leadership capability, engagement, and career development across our organization. What truly differentiates TSA is their ability to deeply understand our business context and operational challenges, while remaining genuinely close to our people and leadership reality. Together, we co-designed an integrated development ecosystem combining engagement, organizational development, and structured career pathways for different management roles. The Manager Toolkit became a cornerstone of our onboarding journey for new managers, while TeamPerform (teamcoaching) played a critical role in supporting cultural integration in a post-merger context by aligning leadership behaviors and ways of working across legacy teams. Programs such as JUMP illustrate how TSA supports career development beyond training delivery, contributing to program design, mentoring frameworks, and leadership progression. TSA’s coaching interventions supported individual and group development by fostering self-awareness, reflection and practical application, enabling leaders to grow and translate insight into day-to-day leadership behaviors. Across all initiatives, TSA consistently balanced people skills with data and performance analytics, tailoring each intervention to our culture and evolving needs, which has made them a trusted development partner with sustainable impact. I met Alina through the reciprocal mentoring programme MOZAIC by EMCC Romania, at a crossroads in my professional life, when I was considering various options and beginning to feel discouraged by the scale of the opportunities and the challenges ahead. Alina quickly understood my situation, and I immediately felt a strong sense of trust. I finally felt I was speaking to someone who truly understood where I was professionally. She helped me put things into perspective and in the right order, enabling me to recognise the advantages of my current situation. Alina is a consummate professional - knowledgeable, insightful, and generous in sharing her understanding of the industry and job market. With her guidance, I made several significant changes to how I present myself professionally and refocused my efforts in directions that I now feel confident and positive about.

I had the pleasure of collaborating with Alina on several talent search and recruitment initiatives, and what truly sets her apart goes far beyond reporting, processes, or delivery standards. Her consultative and deeply human approach creates trust, clarity, and real partnership in an industry that often becomes transactional. If recruitment was an equation with multiple unknowns, Alina would be the brilliant mind — without relying on AI — capable of connecting the dots, bringing meaning to complexity, and consistently delivering the right outcome. She combines strategic thinking, business understanding, and authentic communication in a way that elevates both the candidate and stakeholder experience. I highly recommend Alina to any organization looking for a recruitment partner who brings not only expertise, but also vision, empathy, and long-term impact.

"I can finally relax in the mentoring sessions. Until now I was super responsible for both the process and the outcome, and I would see the potential in the client and feel I had to package it for them. Now I simply sit like a cat on a throne and say: if the person wants to do their work, I guide them; if not, that's fine too. Before, I used to feel — referencing the metaphors we learned as an exercise in the program — like I wanted to swim the entire Olympic pool just to show them it's possible. Instead of making a few steps of progress, I would go all the way just to demonstrate that whole part. We initially arrived at two answers. The first was that when I first joined the program, talking to Alina, I was the youngest one in the program — I didn't have experience, so there was some impostor syndrome in the mix. The first thing was realizing that you can speak as an equal with people from the corporate world and with people who've been entrepreneurs for a long time — there are no boundaries, which is also true of the Mozaic Program and its whole infrastructure, which I'm discovering piece by piece. And the second conclusion I reached is that if you genuinely care about people, you can truly connect with them. You don't have to know everything about them, you don't have to be familiar with every field — before, I used to think I had to know 110% before diving in. So that need for control clearly runs through it as a general theme. And now you simply relax, stay curious, and it works itself out."

What I'm taking with me as a Mentor is how important it is to stop giving solutions, and the fact that others have so much imagination that all I need to do is explore the right path together with them. It made me realize that the mentee's will is far more important than knowledge or experience, and that some people want to grow, while others just want to vent.

I discovered that the list of biases is quite long, and yes, I was aware of some of them, but it's very interesting how I keep trying to find solutions all the time. From that, you actually realize it's not your job to find solutions, and how often you do find them — you realize you're orienting a bit more toward yourself than toward the client. There's one more thing I became aware of: not confusing the other person's objectives with our process objectives, and to stop doing that, I need to give the client a lot of clarity from the start. And for someone like me, who has a million ideas and energy and wants to put them all into action, the fact that I'm at least thinking about trying to build a better structure — I think that's a big step forward.

I think it was something within me that became conscious throughout the mentoring discussions, and looking back at all the sessions I went through. I realized that people, or the mentee in front of me, already had the resources within themselves, and needed only a little help, so that I could create that space in which they'd feel comfortable and take the step of becoming aware of the desire they had hidden inside. At first, the change didn't seem that big from my perspective — that's how I saw it — but somehow it existed and it worked wonders, from my point of view.

I learned that the work and effort put into succeeding belong to the mentee. I don't have to solve the situation or come up with the solution myself; I don't have to be a savior, nor indifferent — instead, it helps to be curious and to guide the mentee toward achieving the goal they've set for themselves. I became aware of this and worked in that direction, and practice helps consolidate that knowledge. The structure within the 1-on-1 meetings is also very important, and just as important is building a relationship based on openness and trust, so we can work together on the causal, "root" goal.

The AcingIT recruitment training with Alina brought a lot of value to my team, both professionally and personally. Despite the different levels of experience among the Recruiters who participated, Alina managed to create a strong sense of cohesion and collaboration within the team. The knowledge and practical insights she shared were invaluable, giving the team tools they could immediately put into practice and continue to build on. What impressed us even more was that the support didn’t stop when the training ended. Through continued guidance and social media empowerment, Alina helped us build confidence and keep growing beyond the training itself. Because a great trainer doesn’t just share knowledge, they create an environment where people feel comfortable learning, sharing ideas and growing together. And that is exactly what Alina did for me and my team.
